Choosing a Size
Measure both feet while standing, use the larger measurement, and compare it with the product-specific size guide. Because style and foot shape affect fit, measurements are guidance rather than a guarantee.
Trying Footwear
Try footwear indoors on a clean, dry surface. Do not remove tags or walk outdoors until you are satisfied with the fit. Worn or marked soles may make the item ineligible for return.
General Care
Remove surface dust with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not soak footwear. Avoid bleach, harsh cleaners, washing machines, direct flames, heaters, and prolonged sunlight. Allow damp footwear to air-dry naturally in shade.
Storage
Store footwear clean and dry, preferably in its box and away from humidity. Use paper or a shoe form to help retain shape. Follow any product-specific instructions shown on the product page or packaging.
