Payment Methods
The payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout and may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, cards, mobile wallets, or other approved services. Availability can depend on location, order value, or payment-provider rules.
Payment Verification
Prepaid orders may require successful authorization and security checks. Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed by telephone, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch. Zayluxe may hold or cancel an order when payment or customer details cannot be verified.
Pricing Errors
If an obvious pricing or description error affects an order, we will contact you before fulfilment. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund of any amount already paid.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment fails but an amount appears deducted, contact your bank or payment provider and email us with the transaction reference. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded through the applicable payment route.
Payment Security
Do not share your card PIN, one-time password, or complete security credentials with anyone claiming to represent Zayluxe. We will never ask for your card PIN or banking password.
