1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.zayluxe.pk and purchases from Zayluxe. By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and any terms displayed at checkout. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Eligibility and Account Information
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding transaction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our own security failure.
3. Products and Availability
Product descriptions, images, sizes, and prices are provided with reasonable care. Minor variations may occur. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, taxes, or other applicable charges will be displayed before order confirmation where relevant. You must use an authorized payment method. Payment processing may be performed by an independent payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
After you place an order, we may send an automated acknowledgement. This does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment or dispatch it. We may reject or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, an undeliverable address, quantity limits, or another reasonable operational or legal reason. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
6. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions are subject to their stated dates, eligibility, stock, and other conditions. Unless expressly allowed, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied after an order is placed. Misuse may result in cancellation.
7. Delivery, Returns, and Refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the website; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware; scrape or copy content at scale; interfere with security or operation; submit false information; commit fraud; or use the website for unlawful purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
The Zayluxe name, logos, website design, photographs, graphics, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to Zayluxe and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal shopping only. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
10. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Zayluxe a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and use that content for operating and promoting the business. We may remove content that is misleading, abusive, unlawful, or irrelevant.
11. Website Availability and Liability
We aim to keep the website available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zayluxe is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or a purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, operations, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Terms applicable to an accepted order will not be changed retroactively unless required by law.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint fairly. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, disputes will be handled by the competent courts and authorities in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
